Free museum days
The Honolulu Museum of Art will be open during normal operating hours this week despite the storm, but admission will be free for kamaaina with Hawaii ID Sept. 13 to 16. Visit www.honolulumuseum.org.

Teach you kids about helping other at the Teddy Bear Round-Up 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 22 at Windward Mall Center Court. Registration is open for the 2018 Astronaut Lacy Veach Day of Discovery, the free annual science and tech event help at Punahou School. This year the event will be held 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 27.
